We take a detailed history of your child’s nutrition, sleep, environment, emotional health, and family wellness. From there, we create a personalized plan that may include nutrition support, lifestyle strategies, lab testing, or stress-reduction tools.

6. Do you run lab tests on children?
Yes, when appropriate. Functional labs (like stool, micronutrient, or food sensitivity tests) can provide insight into root causes, but they are always optional and discussed with parents.

7. Is this safe for kids?
Yes. All recommendations are age-appropriate, evidence-based, and designed to be gentle, safe, and supportive for children.

8. How involved are parents in the process?
Very involved! Family health directly impacts children’s wellness, so we often support parents with nutrition, stress management, and home environment strategies as well.

9. Do you take insurance?
No, we don't.
