Sometimes you just gotta do the thing. Up until this point, I haven’t had the guts to do it. The inadequacies and the full spectrum of knowledge I needed just weren’t there. But I have found it, I have discovered something beautiful. And with this new found knowledge, I feel compelled to share, like it is my duty, my purpose. I have read stories and books about other people who have preceded me, but I haven’t seen it done for our children. We don’t just wake up ill, there are so many processes that precede the illness. And it starts AT BIRTH. 

 

As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, I don’t have the time to sit down with you in the office. Insurances and office protocols preclude me from it. To explain all the things takes hours, days, months of repetition, trial and error, and we just don’t have the time or resources in the boundaries of 10 minutes and a copay.

I want to fix the imbalance. I don’t want to provide bandaids as the solution. there is so much more to you than the chief complaint you walk into my office with. The so much more is where I want to start. The mind, the body, the soul. All the parts. We have to heal the body AND the mind in order to achieve whole body wellness. Even more than that, we need to talk through the problem, keep you accountable for the solutions. Meet you where you are and teach you. Provide the bandaids if necessary until the time your body can correct and health itself. 

 

I have a vision. I am here for the people who feel stuck, who have tried everything and tire of surface level solutions. I am here for the ones who want something deeper. Together, we will bridge the gap between wellness and illness. It starts NOW. And it starts with YOU.
